wonderful resort with amazing rooms

wide variety lovely place great spa infinity pool
I found many options for breakfast. the hotel setting was wonderful, and the facilities were excellent. i had a great spa day, very relaxing. i stayed in two rooms and both were amazing. One had its own infinity pool looking out on treetop views. the resort pool was great.

transport buggies are available to take guests around the resort, a helpful service. staff members helped get us a moped for the duration of our stay. the staff were kind and we felt welcomed by their smiles.

The hotel is surrounded by nature. It is close to amazing waterfalls. there is a fantastic ethical elephant sanctuary a five-minute drive away. i loved the location in mountains. Private transportation is easiest to use.

The thai food on the menu was delicious. I thought the breakfast was also great! the on-site restaurant had tasty food. the breakfast has a view and is very varied and flavorful. There are plenty of hot options.

The setting for the resort pool was magical, and there was a large jacuzzi. i loved the gym and the pool. It had the best pool in the area. the meditation cavern is unique.

Rooms are spacious and modern while keeping thai culture. i had a wonderful view from my balcony. I could see over the jungle and farmland. my room had a lush bathtub. It also had an in-room capsule coffee machine.

Underwhelming Stay with Some Disappointments

maintained gardens meditation caves lacking view disappointing food
The gardens were well kept and included interesting features like meditation caves.
It did not resemble the picture at all. The food at the restaurant was also disappointing (I found it bland). This made dining a letdown.

very nice experience!

peaceful resort chauffeur service friendly staff immaculate grounds
I found the resort to be the most peaceful place ever. getting chauffeured around was such a good experience because the location is very hilly and quite big! everyone was friendly, from the security guard right down to reception. I felt so welcome. the hotel grounds were kept immaculately. the rooms were decorated well!
the balcony ran alongside the road and pavement, so there wasn't much privacy! also, it got a bit noisy sometimes!

Two swimming pools are available at the hotel. there is a warm jacuzzi. I thought they were top class! an on-demand golf cart service is ready to whisk you around the site, it is built on a steep hillside.

The hotel offers pretty views, especially from the lobby and restaurant terraces, i really appreciated that. it takes about an hour to drive from chiang mai. The hotel is located in the hills.

golf cart free yoga missing view inadequate spa
the golf cart service transported me around the site. the yoga on sunday morning was also free. i enjoyed the jacuzzi and found the staff pleasant, we loved the setting in the mountains.
The room did not have a view at all. the spa couldn't accommodate pregnant women, a top notch spa would do so

spacious suite comfortable bed convenient service
the hotel offered a spacious suite, it was charming. the bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights. i found the buggy service very convenient, i appreciated being transported up and down the hilly terrain so easily.
the food at the restaurant was alright but not really good.
